Each private training session with me is customized to help you reach your fitness and health goals.
Private pilates sessions can help you increase your core strength, enhance your abilities in a sport or other exercise routine, make you stronger, increase flexibility and so much more. Pilates is available to everyone regardless of age, size, gender or ability. Pilates sessions take place on a STOTT pilates reformer or a mixture of the reformer and mat based pilates exercises.
Strength & Functional
Improve your strength, stamina and balance during these 30 min or 1 hour private training sessions. Using a wide variety of equipment including dumbbells, resistance bands and TRX, you are sure to get the workout that you ordered!
A Healthier You
Each private training session can be tailor made to suite your needs and goals. We can even combine functional and pilates training in the same session to get the best of both worlds! Private training sessions are 30 minutes or 1 hour. I also offer semi-private sessions with 2-4 people. Please contact me for pricing.
